The investment process at Schroeder Capital consists of reviewing more than 1,700 companies every quarter. The investment process is robust and repeatable. It includes reading company materials (annual reports, 10-Ks, 10-Qs) and interviewing management teams to gain an understating of a business or industry. We are not reliant on broker opinions.
We continuously allocate capital to our highest conviction ideas. We benefit by being able to look at smaller investments, which in turn, increases the number of opportunities available to us.
Our interests are fully aligned with those of our partners. We believe that significant skin in the game avoids "swinging for the fences” and creates a mindful investing environment.
At Schroeder Capital, we do not focus on share prices; instead, we primarily measure the “look-through” earnings of our holdings. Our belief is that as earnings grow, share prices eventually follow.
